Josh has been in the financial services and risk management fields for over 10 years, working in the U.S. China, Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, and Singapore. He is licensed in General Lines (2-20) and Life, Health and Variable Annuities (2-15), and holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration and master’s in Engineering. 

Josh is a board member of the Rotary Club of Boca Raton, where he participates in community service projects, including supporting an orphanage on Cat Island in the Bahamas, working to end polio, and providing meals and education to the less fortunate.

He is also an avid sports fan who enjoys traveling and spending time with his two children.

Matt was born and raised in Fairfield County, Connecticut and spent much of his life in the Northeast before moving down to Florida in 2019. With over 8 years of seasoned experience in the Private Banking sector, Matt specialized in Residential and Commercial Lending, as well as Private Wealth Management, with a focus on the vibrant markets of Florida and the Northeast.

Holding a General Lines (2-20) license and equipped with a bachelor's degree in Marketing with a minor in Psychology, Matt brings a unique blend of financial expertise and strategic insight to his role as an Agency Owner.

In his commitment to community service, Matt has actively volunteered with organizations like Habitat for Humanity in South Florida, reflecting his dedication to making a positive impact outside the office.

Beyond the professional realm, Matt is an avid sports enthusiast, a passionate traveler, and enjoys time spent with friends, family, and his loyal companion, Zeus.
