As a former high school teacher, she remains an educator at heart, possessing a unique ability to transform complicated insurance jargon into simple, easy-to-understand information. Tamar’s approach is defined by a unique professional background, combining a Master’s degree in Psychology with extensive experience in the banking industry. This blend of financial expertise and psychological insight allows her to truly listen to her clients, ensuring they feel heard, valued, and fully supported. As a licensed Florida 2-20 agent, she balances this "human touch" with the technical proficiency required to navigate the complexities of financial security. Originally from Fall River, Massachusetts, I’ve spent the last six years calling Port Orange home. With a background in the Massachusetts insurance market and now several years serving the Florida community, I understand the unique challenges and "curveballs" life can throw at your family and your finances.

A lifelong sports enthusiast and former baseball player, I bring a competitive edge and a team-first mentality to my work. Whether I’m analyzing a policy or coaching my kids, I believe in preparation, integrity, and showing up when it counts.

Demonstrating a strong commitment to her new role, she successfully earned her Florida 4-40 Customer Service Representative license within her first few months. A native of Volusia County and a 2024 graduate of Mainland High School, Carmella is a former student of Tamar’s who brings a fresh perspective and an eager disposition to the insurance industry. Drawing on her background as a VPK Assistant, Carmella leverages her natural passion for education to help clients navigate complex coverage with confidence. Known for her infectious positive attitude and unwavering dedication to client advocacy, she ensures every individual feels heard, valued, and thoroughly informed.
