Meet Your Casey Agency Brightway Insurance Team

A Florida native, Ashley has lived in St. Augustine for over 27 years. He began his career as a Catastrophe Claim Adjuster with the nation’s largest Homeowners insurance carrier which has given him valuable experience that he puts to work helping customers ensure they are properly protected. 

Ashley serves his community as a Rotarian and member of the Chamber of Commerce.  He is a graduate of Leadership St. Johns and the University of North Florida, and works with the United Way of St. Johns County.

Lisa Messler joined Brightway, The Ashley Casey Agency, in 2018. A resident of St. Augustine, she is dedicated to helping clients understand what they are insuring and adjusting coverage to fit her clients’ needs.

In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with her family and building memories.

Raymond Gregory has been in the insurance industry for over 18 years and with Brightway for 15. Listening to customers and providing the best options protecting their assets is Raymond’s greatest strength. Outside of the office, Raymond enjoys golfing, fishing and snow skiing with his family.

Charles Eberhart has over a decade of insurance experience working for Brightway Insurance, helping customers navigate the challenges of an ever-changing Florida insurance market. Charles has been awarded as a top producer and continues to put the customer first in every quote and every consultation. When not saving customers time and money, he is more than likely in North River fishing, walking the dog with his wife at the beach or playing tennis at Palencia Club.

Julie Settle joined Brightway, The Ashley Casey Agency, in 2023. A resident of St. Augustine, she is dedicated to helping clients get the right coverage that protects what they care about most. Before joining Brightway, Julie was a Mortgage Lender.

In her free time, Julie enjoys taking weekend trips and playing with her husky.

Lori Stamper joined Brightway, The Ashley Casey Agency, in 2023 with over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. A resident of Green Cove Springs, she is dedicated to helping clients get the right coverage that protects what they care about most in the ever-changing Florida insurance market. In her free time, Lori enjoys spending time with her husband and family in the great outdoors.
