Meet Your McKay Agency Brightway Insurance Team

Ryan is a fourth-generation Tampa native, born and raised in the Carrollwood area. After working in the real estate industry for almost a decade, he got the opportunity of a lifetime to partner with his brother, Scott. They chose to become Brightway Agency Owners and have used the opportunity to provide more choice in insurance companies and policies to their clients.

Ryan is married with two children, a son and a daughter, and one Boston terrier. He enjoys fishing, beach days with his family and Gator football.

A native Floridian, Scott was born and raised in Tampa, where he has built a vast network of professional business partners. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida, he spent a decade in the home financial industry before teaming up with his brother to open an insurance agency.

The majority of Scott’s clients are repeat customers, referrals and contacts from his professional network. This is a result of consistently providing customers with honest advice and world-class service.

In his spare time, Scott enjoys coaching his son’s Little League team, biking on Bayshore Boulevard and participating in Roosevelt Elementary Dad’s Club events.
