Meet Your Jim Anderson Agency Brightway Insurance Team

Jim has owned his own construction business and comes to Brightway with more than a decade of experience at a captive agency, where he was an award-winning, top Agent. He opened a Brightway agency to merge his love of insurance and enjoyment of small business ownership.

 A Tucson resident for the past 25 years, Jim and his wife of 15 years, Brett, have a son and daughter and a dog. Jim serves as a volunteer with Habitat for Humanity. To unwind, he enjoys pickleball and karaoke. As a Brightway Agency Owner, he looks forward to building quality relationships in Tucson and nearby communities and becoming the trusted source where you can get expert counsel for all your insurance needs. 

A Tucson native, Abbey comes to Brightway from the pre-school industry and understands the importance of providing phenomenal customer service. Abbey and husband, Cody, of six years have two daughters and five cats. She enjoys spending her free time with family and outdoors.

Dasha comes to Brightway with more than 13 years of commercial insurance experience and understands the importance of providing outstanding customer service. Dasha has three children. She enjoys long walks on the beach in Guam where she lived for 30 years.

Viviana brings over five years of experience in the insurance industry, where she is dedicated to helping clients fully understand their coverage options. With a strong commitment to ensuring clients’ needs are met, she takes pride in providing clear and reliable guidance. Outside of her professional role, Viviana is a proud mother of three and enjoys off-roading adventures with her family. An avid food enthusiast, her greatest passion is gastronomy—exploring diverse cuisines and savoring new culinary experiences.
