Brian came to Brightway with 20 years’ property casualty experience at Progressive, Kemper and Travelers. Prior to joining Brightway, he spent eight years as the Chief Executive Officer of a large national direct-to-consumer retailer.

He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Vermont in Burlington, Vt., a Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, Calif.

Brian and wife, Lorrie, who also works at Brightway, have been married 23 years and have three children.

The Crumbakers are members of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Carlsbad.

In his off-time, Brian enjoys playing golf, walking their golden retriever and other leisure activities.

As a Brightway Agency Owner, he enjoys serving his community and providing peace of mind to consumers.

Kyle is a Carlsbad native who graduated from Army and Navy Academy and earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Culver Stockton University where he played soccer and was an active leader in his fraternity.

Kyle spent a year as a top sales person at Liberty Mutual before joining the family agency, Brightway, The Crumbaker Agency. As an active member of the local community, you can find him helping lenders and realtors at local marketing meetings. He is also an avid sports enthusiast.

Lorrie comes to Brightway with extensive experience in the insurance industry. She spent eight years as a senior claims representative and branch manager for Progressive before moving on to Reliance Insurance for four years where she was a corporate claims manager and state manager for Ohio and Indiana. She holds a bachelor's degree in business economics and management from the University of Maine.

Lorrie and her husband Brian first moved to San Diego County in 2000. They married in 1995 and have three children. Orginally from New England, Lorrie enjoys the outdoors and sports.
