Meet Your Dorrian Agency Brightway Insurance Team

A long-time resident of Estero, Rich served as Vice President of Benchmark Analytics for Gartner Consulting, where he held sales and leadership positions for 20 years, before he opened his Brightway Agency. He also owned Sidelines, a local sports bar and held a real estate license for 10 years.

Rich and wife, Renee, have three children.

In his off-time, he enjoys sports, investing and traveling.

As a Brightway Agency Owner, Rich likes serving his community and providing more choice in insurance brands to consumers in Estero, Fort Myers and Bonita Springs, Fla.

Born and raised in Southwest Florida, Chace earned a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Business Management at nearby Florida Gulf Coast University. He also minored in real estate at FGCU. 

Chace has several years of management experience, including three years as a managing partner in the restaurant industry. As a Brightway Agent, he loves having the opportunity to provide amazing insurance options at the most competitive rates in the marketplace. He enjoys helping his customers understand the importance of being fully protected in the event of a loss and being able to help them identify pontential gaps in coverage.

He prides himself on putting his customers first and being empathetic to the different insurance needs and circumstances they may have. 

In his free time, Chace enjoys spending time outdoors going fishing, walking natual trails and biking with his daughter.
