She has direct experience in retail, marketing, hospitality, residential and commercial lending, project management, operations and sales initiatives.  

Most recently, Ramona spent time as a residential loan officer for five years where she tailored mortgages best to fit her clients’ present and future needs. In this role, Ramona became one of Kansas' most prominent residential loan officers. In just under two years, she led the company to become the top mortgage brokerage in Kansas and one of the top 100 in the nation. 

“I focus on businesses that serve a purpose, fill a need, and help our community. I have ownership in financial wealth management, personal and business insurance and residential and commercial real estate.
