Laura attended the University of North Florida, earning a Bachelor of Business degree in Marketing and Management. She currently holds Florida General Lines and Life & Health licenses. Known for her consultative approach, Laura is enthusiastic about educating clients on their coverage options and helping them make informed decisions with confidence. When she's not working, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband, Noal, their family, and being active in her church and community.

Bobby Raymond is co-owner of Brightway Insurance's Fort Caroline agency and has 39 years of insurance experience to the team. A graduate of the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management, Bobby holds Florida licenses in Life, Health, and Property & Casualty Insurance.
Throughout his career, Bobby has been dedicated to serving both his clients and the community. He has served as President of the St. Augustine Gator Club, the Downtown Jacksonville Exchange Club, and the Exchange Club Family Center Board of Directors, an organization focused on child abuse prevention and strengthening families.

A lifelong resident of the Jacksonville area, Bobby lives in Atlantic Beach with his wife. He enjoys golfing, playing soccer, cheering on the Florida Gators, and spending time with family and friends. Bobby is passionate about helping clients protect what matters most and takes pride in building long-lasting relationships based on trust, service, and sound insurance advice.

Steve Hickey is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agent with 14 years of insurance experience. Prior to entering the insurance industry, Steve worked in the roofing and construction field, giving him valuable firsthand knowledge of home construction, roofing systems, and property maintenance. This unique background helps him better understand the homes he insures and allows him to provide clients with informed guidance when evaluating coverage options.

A Jacksonville resident, Steve enjoys spending time with his family and operating his eBay business outside of work. He takes pride in building lasting relationships with clients and helping them protect what matters most.
