Michele came to Brightway with more than 20 years’ industry experience, after owning a captive agency. She graduated from the University of Louisiana Monroe in Monroe, La., with a Bachelor’s degree in Management and a minor in Marketing. She and her husband, Paul, have been married 20 years and have five children and two grandchildren. Michele volunteers at her children's school and their sporting events and in her leisure time, she enjoys reading and traveling to watch her children participate in sporting events.
