Provides daily leadership to Commissions staff to meet expectations. Ensures effective, timely delivery of commission receivables from over 200 insurance carriers, commission payments to over 300 franchisees, the company’s pass-through charges and other work product. Uses experience to define, articulate and describe work necessary to solve complex problems. Identifies system, process and workflow enhancements. Assigns work throughout the department and follows up on it in a timely way. Inspires team to perform at the highest level with every request, every day.
