On Friday, Feb. 14, the company launched another program to give more frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The new Employee of the Month program recognizes two employees every month. Honorees for the distinction receive a balloon bouquet, a $25 gift card and a shoutout on Brightway’s Facebook page, newsletter and Home Office monitors in addition to an email to Home Office.
