JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for April 2020, Michael Tickle!
Michael is a Compliance Specialist who has worked at Brightway more than seven years.
“Michael has taken a situation that technically wouldn’t be a part of his role as a Compliance Specialist and took control of issues and turned them into Win, Win, Wins for the Brightway system,” said Director of Compliance, LeAnne Martinez. “He moved us to a new licensing platform that not only saved hundreds of dollars, but also he created ways for our Training and Customer Service Team Leads to easily track new employees’ licensing progress.”
Vice President of Customer Experience, Kristine Azar, added that Michael created processes and procedures for insurance licensing that have helped been extremely helpful to the company.
Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in earlier this year to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.
With employees working remotely as a result of the Coronavirus, Brightway began to hold Employee of the Month celebrations via teleconference in March. Honorees for the distinction receive a Visa gift card and an electronic “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
