JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for August 2020, Tiffany Moore!

She is a Personal Lines Processor in the Customer Service Center who joined Brightway in September 2019.

Moore’s supervisor had this to share: “Tiffany is never afraid to offer us a more efficient way to work. She has given wonderful suggestions that have shaped our processes today. She continues to step up and lead by wonderful example. Her quality and adherence are impeccable.
“Tiffany is reliable and always follows through. She completes Immediate Attentions (requests) and goes above and beyond to accomplish a Win, Win, Win. She is not afraid to ask questions so she can better understand situations for the future. She is a gem, and we are so happy to have her!”

As a Personal Lines Processor, Moore helps customers make sure they have the right amount of coverage and advocates on their behalf, such as ensuring payment for a policy is delivered to a mortgage company or working with our insurance partners to reinstate a policy.

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program earlier this year to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a Visa gift card and an electronic “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
