JACKSONVILLE, FLA. – While some insurance brands are offering refunds to customers who have Auto insurance policies, many are finding other ways to lift the financial burden from customers affected by the Coronavirus pandemic. 

For example, Progressive announced that in addition to refunding 20% on Auto insurance policies in April and May, they will not cancel or non-renew policies for non-payment of premium through May 15.

Each company is handling how they’re assisting customers during this time differently, so the best way to find out if your company is making any concessions to help out during this time is to contact the company directly.
