Al Medina earned his MBA in Business from Rutgers University. He brings over 20 years of experience in insurance sales, with a proven track record of growth and success. He possesses extensive knowledge of industry guidelines and demonstrates a strong work ethic, dedication, and self-sufficiency.
Al began his career as a licensed insurance professional in 2004 with Allstate. Subsequently, he served as a Manager at Northern Capital Insurance for a few years. He then joined SafeguardCasualty Insurance.com Inc, a mega agency, where he excelled and consistently exceeded monthly sales quotas and emerged as the top producer for over a decade.
What Al finds most fulfilling is assisting others, utilizing his role as a broker to provide tailored solutions to his customers' needs. He cherishes family time and enjoys attending ball games and outdoor activities with his son. Al and his family are active members of St. Max Church, where they regularly participate and contribute. In addition to English, Al is fluent in Spanish.
