Chris grew up in Sarasota, Fla., and graduated from Cardinal Mooney Catholic High School there. In addition to 12 years of property/casualty experience primarily with Nationwide, he has served in the U.S Air Force and Florida Army National Guard.
Chris earned a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Columbia Southern University in Orange Beach, Alabama; and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University in Daytona Beach, Florida. He holds Florida 2-20 and 2-15 licenses.
Chris and his wife, Holly, have been married nearly 30 years, and they have one son.
Chris is a member of Our Lady of Martyrs Catholic Church in Sarasota, the Manatee Chamber of Commerce and Bradenton Rotary Club as well as the Military Officers Association of America, National Guard Officers Association, Association of the United States Army, St. Augustine Officers Club, Air Defense Artillery Association and the American Legion.
For fun, he enjoys road biking, martial arts and weight-training. He also loves volunteering as an assistant coach for the Braden River Little League and sponsors a team.
