Michael became a resident of Nassau County back in 2006 and has watched how this county has grown. 

In 2008, he became part of the Brightway Family with the purchase of his own Brightway Agency in Fernandina Beach. 

Michael is a strong supporter of all local charities and Fernandina Beach and Yulee sports programs. He is also a proud sponsor of the Fernandina Beach Pop Warner and Little League teams. 

He is committed to doing everything to contribute to the community his family calls home

Timothy just celebrated 10 years with Brightway Insurance the Tarzia Agency and has been focused on helping clients find the coverage they need to protect their assets.  He has been named a Top Agent in the Brightway system six years in a row.

Timothy is originally from Georgia and earned a Bachelor in Business Administration from George Southwestern State University in Americus, Georgia.

He and his wife have two daughters and two dogs.

As a Brightway Agent, Timothy is committed to helping clients find the insurance they need at a price that can afford.

Angela is an invaluable resource for Brightway, The Tarzia Agency. She started her Florida Insurance career in 2002. She loves what she does and still learns new things every day.

Adding to her expertise, Angela has been a resident of Nassau County since 1980 which gives her a deep understanding of the area from all angles. She has watched our community grow and can help with residents’ unique insurance needs.

Integrity, knowledge and experience. These are essential with the difficult Florida Insurance Market and she has all of them. Knowing the products and carrier guidelines are the keys to offering the best possible service to its customers. She also believes in treating our clients like family. She loves working with her referral partners to ensure smooth closings even on hard-to-place risks.

As a Brightway Agent, Angela is committed to helping clients build customized insurance policies tailored to each client’s specific insurance needs. She also advises our clients on a multitude of products and services that we have at our disposal to help properly insure all their assets. Angela is a proud mother of three grown boys and now Grannie to two grandbabies. They are her world and she loves to spend all the time she can with them.

Henry's 15 years of hospitality experience prior to joining Brightway made prompt and quality service top priorities. His goal is to ensure that every client finds the best prices and quality coverage they deserve.

Henry is a true local. He was born and raised in Fernandina Beach and graduated from Fernandina Beach High School. He later earned a Bachelors in Supervision and Management from Florida State College of Jacksonville.

While attending FBHS he met his high school sweetheart Autumn and they have two sons together. They enjoy spending their spare time with their two German Shepherds Maverick and Charlotte, as well as their cat Tony (Autumn’s Cat).

Outside of work, Henry spends most of his time active within the community coaching his son’s local sports teams. He has coached at the YMCA, AIY Soccer, Yulee Little League, Pop Warner Flag Football and Babe Ruth Baseball. He is currently a board member with Babe Ruth. He cherishes his time with his kids, as well as mentoring the younger generation. He is committed to being a valuable member of the community that his family calls home and feels personally invested to always go above and beyond for his clients!

Sam Houston is a customer service representative with a passion for providing exceptional care and support to clients seeking home and auto insurance solutions. With several years of experience in the insurance industry, Sam has honed his skills in understanding the diverse needs of policyholders and delivering personalized assistance.

As a customer service representative for home and auto insurance, Sam provides a seamless and supportive experience for clients, ensuring that they feel confident and empowered in protecting their most valuable assets.

Amanda Liddell joined Brightway, The Tarzia Agency in 2013. She is a Florida native and loves spending time outdoors.

Julia has an extensive background in customer service and office administration. She joined Brightway in 2018 and has worked to grow and develop her skills and expertise as an insurance professional. She works hard to provide the best service for her clients and find them the best possible coverage for their needs.

Julia earned her bachelor’s degree from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She and her husband have a three-year-old son and a yorkie named Hurley. Her favorite things to do are drink coffee, read and spend time with her family.

Nicole first worked with Brightway in 2013 and returned to the Tarzia Agency in 2022 after taking time to raise her children and assist with her mom’s amazing bakery, a Fernandina staple, Nana Theresa’s.

Nicole has been a valuable asset from the start. She handles administrative support to agents for both Brightway, The Tarzia Agency locations. Nicole is integral in overseeing quality and compliance.

When not working, she travels with her husband John. In 2024 they will celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. They have two children, Emily, and Matthew, three dogs and a cat. Working at Brightway, The Tarzia Agency has been a great career opportunity for Nicole to match her expertise.

Dan was born in Greenville, SC in 1972 and has lived in Greenville, Charleston, SC, and Venice Beach, CA before moving to Florida in 2003. He has been in the residential mortgage industry for the last ten years, but felt it was time for a change. Having previously been a licensed P&C agent in SC, Dan decided to get back into this industry. 

Dan is married to Andrea, and has two wonderful children, Addison and Owen, plus one unusually large German Shepherd. He is proud to be a part of a reputable local insurance company that provides a valuable service to the community.
