Diana, a South Florida native of Jamaican heritage joins Brightway with over 15 years of administrative, property management and sales experience.

She volunteers on several Broward County Public School Advisory boards and serves as founding contributor for Broward Mom Collective, a local resource for families.

Diana also assists with her families group homes, where they care for individuals with disabilities.

Robin is originally from Georgetown, Guyana and moved to Miami at age 12. He has been in sales and management for over 25 years.

Robin and his wife Diana have two children. When he is not at work, Robin is very active in his community. He enjoys traveling, working out, training for Spartan races and attending local events.

Giving back to his community is important to Robin. He is part of the Pembroke Pines Citizens Police Academy and has served as the President of the Cobblestone Community Home Owners Association since 2008.

Family is important to Robin, so he works to provide a feeling of security to all his Brightway customers.

Madeline brings extensive experience in finance, retail management, and client relations to our team. Before joining Brightway, she held positions as a Fraud Analyst at Amerant Bank and a Lending Specialist and Relationship Manager at Bank of America. She also gained valuable leadership experience during her tenure as a manager and supervisor at Best Buy. Most recently, Madeline served as a Transaction Coordinator at Brightway Insurance, where she refined her expertise in client support and operational efficiency.Outside of work, Madeline enjoys spending time at the beach, fishing, and serving as a licensed notary signing agent. She is also a proud parent of two and has been happily married since 2019.
