Charlie Hebert is a licensed insurance professional appointed in Texas, Louisiana, and Alabama. He specializes in property, casualty, risk management, commercial insurance, life insurance, and securities. As the proud owner of Brightway Insurance – The Hebert Agency, one of the franchise’s elite agencies, Charlie is known for creating an energetic, high-performance work culture rooted in expert counsel and a broad range of insurance solutions.

Deeply invested in his community, Charlie actively supports and sponsors several business and networking organizations across the greater Houston area. He is an engaged member of Southstone Church, the Katy Christian Chamber of Commerce, the Fulshear Chamber of Commerce, and serves as Sergeant-at-Arms for the Rotary Club of Katy.

Before starting his insurance agency, Charlie built a successful 15-year career in the oil and gas industry—starting offshore as a drilling fluids engineer and rising to executive sales leadership roles. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science – Pre-Vet from McNeese State University, where he walked on to the football team, earned a scholarship, became a starting kicker, and led the Cowboys in scoring. He was nominated All-American Scholar Athlete and helped lead his team to a Southland Conference Championship.

Charlie's drive and discipline are rooted in his athletic background, including his time as a professional football player. Today, he pours that same passion into 4th and 10, Inc., a nonprofit he founded to coach and mentor young athletes in life skills, performance, and personal development.

Charlie lives in Katy with his wife, Amy, and their two children. He enjoys working out, traveling, fishing, hunting, and investing in the personal and professional growth of those around him. With a unique blend of grit, faith, expertise, and heart, Charlie continues to leave a lasting impact in both the insurance industry and his local community.

Amy brings a strong background in client care and team leadership to her role at Brightway, where she oversees operations, marketing, and the overall client experience. While licensed in Property & Casualty and Business Insurance in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama, her primary focus is making sure everything behind the scenes runs smoothly so our agents can focus on what they do best-serving our clients.

Before joining Brightway, Amy spent 20 years as a Dental Hygienist, where she honed her attention to detail and commitment to service.

Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with family and friends.

Adrian comes to Brightway as an experienced licensed insurance agent with 17 years as a Bilingual Teacher. He is licensed to sell Property & Casualty and Business Insurance in Texas, Louisiana and Alabama. As a Bilingual educator, Adrian can meet the insurance needs in multiple cultures.

Adrian and his wife Karla have 3 children. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing soccer, traveling and having good conversation with friends.

Carter is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance Agent in Texas. He relocated from Georgia to Texas in 2017 for his college education and after graduating, decided to settle here.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Music and Fine Arts with a minor in Counseling. He also pursues his passion for music by performing as a part-time traveling musician at various events nationwide.

new individuals and providing them with world-class assistance and support.

Tyler is a former professional baseball player and a lifelong resident of Katy, Texas. He is licensed to sell Property & Casualty as well as Business insurance.

He builds a rapport with his customers to understand their individual needs and is able to match them with the right coverage at the best value. 

Valeria is a dedicated and personable insurance professional with a Property and Casualty license and a strong background in Commercial Insurance. Originally from Colombia, she also holds a professional degree in Marketing and Advertising, which has given her a strong foundation in brand strategy, communication, and client engagement. Prior to working in insurance, she spent five years supporting corporate marketing efforts in the energy sector.

Valentina Cabrales is a passionate insurance professional originally from Venezuela, proudly serving the greater Houston community.
