Prior to joining Brightway family, Sam was a successful agent with a national carrier from 2003-2011. He has a great passion for helping clients with their insurance needs. 

Sam is very active in the local community and a proud supporter of the Boys and Girls Club of Collier and Lee Counties. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from the University of South Florida.

Sam is fluent in English, Croatian and Serbian.

Rachel was born and raised in Sunderland, England, before relocating to Florida with her family in 2005. She earned her degree in Early Childhood Education in 2013 and then transitioned into Insurance and joined Brightway in 2014 and has since been committed to helping clients find the right coverage at the right price.

With over 10 years of experience, Rachel knows how to match each client with insurance solutions that fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. When she’s not working, Rachel enjoys spending time with her husband and son.

Jerald was born and raised in Iowa where he attended the University of Iowa and earned his Bachelors degree in Finance.

After graduating, Jerald worked as an Underwriter for a large insurance company for several years before pursuing his current passion as an Insurance Agent.

As a Brightway agent, he enjoys educating the community on their insurance options, then being there for support and guidance throughout the process.

In his free time Jerald enjoys golfing, going to the beach and volunteering at local food banks. 

Neekesh, who goes by Nick, graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in hospitality and has a background in customer service and sales. Nick has lived in Southwest Florida since 2004 and joined Brightway Insurance in 2022. He takes pride in being responsive and dedicated to assisting clients with any insurance needs, always with a strong focus on customer service.

Morgan grew up in Naples, Florida, where she developed a strong sense of community and a deep appreciation for the unique needs of Florida residents. After getting her degree from Hunter College, she spent several years working in sales in both New York City and Los Angeles.  In 2022, Morgan returned to Naples and transitioned into the insurance industry, where she now specializes in both customer service and sales. Morgan is passionate about helping individuals and families protect what matters most to them. Whether you're looking for coverage for your home or auto, she is committed to finding the right plan that gives you peace of mind.

Alicia was raised in the suburbs of Washington, D.C. and studied at Virginia Commonwealth University. She relocated to Southwest Florida in 2010 and built over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry. Following Hurricane Ian, Alicia transitioned into a career in insurance, bringing with her a deep commitment to customer care. Today, she specializes in crafting personalized insurance solutions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and their two sons.

Brianna grew up in Winter Haven, Florida and later attended Florida Gulf Coast University, where she earned her degree in Marketing. With a team-oriented mindset and a strong focus on customer service, she brings a friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented approach to her role at Brightway Insurance. Brianna is dedicated to supporting clients every step of the way—whether it’s answering questions, making updates, or helping navigate coverage options—so the process feels smooth and stress-free. She takes pride in being someone customers can count on and is always ready to help make sure they feel confident and taken care of.

Brooke was born and raised in Michigan. She moved to Florida to attended college at Florida Gulf Coast University and earn her bachelor’s degree in Marketing. Brooke brings a strong communication background and genuine passion for helping others into her role at Brightway Insurance in Bonita Springs. In her position, Brooke focuses on creating a positive and efficient experience for every client. Brooke’s goal is to make every interaction easy, helpful, and reassuring- so every client feels confident and well supported.

Born and raised in Ireland, Aoiffe moved to the Sunshine State in 2010.  Working as a registered nurse for over 10 years in London England, she loves to work with people and help others.  Aoiffe has been in the insurance industry since 2011 and is an integral part of our Agency
