Ronnie Oats comes from the financial industry and has worked as a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones, Merrill Lynch and Fisher Investment. Over the past several years, Ronnie has helped many individuals and families plan and achieve their financial goals. Ronnie has worked with high-net-worth individuals and was responsible for providing sound advice regarding their financial planning and investments.  

Ronnie obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL. Ronnie is married to Quenita Oats and is a proud father of his four-year-old son Jaxon and his one-year-old daughter Ryann. Ronnie is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys fishing, hunting, golf and sporting clays.

Ron Oats most recently served as the Boy Scouts of America Regional Director covering 13 states in the Southern Region prior to retiring in 2020. In 2006, he was selected Executive Director-CEO of the Boy Scout Council in greater Orlando which served over 50,000 scouts. He served here for ten years.  

Ron is active in the community serving on The University of Central Florida’s Advisory Board, is a former Advisory Board member of BB&T Bank and Co-Chair of the Winter Park Alumni Chapter, Kappa Alpha Psi Endowment Campaign. He is a graduate of Fayetteville State University where he obtained his degree in Business.  

Ron is married to Eileen Jones Oats and they have two adult children. He enjoys fishing, hunting, investing and golf. 

Latrice Bryant has been in the insurance industry for over 20 years and has helped many families over the years. She has worked at MetLife, Citizens Property Insurance and Progressive Insurance. Latrice's extensive knowledge of Florida's insurance market and understanding the guidelines allowed her to have a strong background on all property, casualty and special lines insurance. Her experience ranges from sales, customer service, processing and underwriting.

She has served on the International Association of Insurance Professionals-Tampa Board, as well as the loan signing community. 

Latrice is a wife and mother to nine children. She is passionate about keeping families protected and insured.

Michelle Housh is bilingual in English and Spanish and brings experience in homeowners and auto insurance, including multi-carrier quoting, binding, and client support. Her background in customer service and office operations adds strong attention to detail and responsiveness to the client experience.

Melissa Smith-Walker is the owner of her own notary signing agency and has worked closely with title companies, lenders, and clients throughout the closing process. She brings an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong understanding of the real estate side of our business.

Ardell Roberts most recently served as an Area Sales Manager with America’s Preferred Home Warranty, where he worked directly with regional real estate companies. He brings strong sales, relationship-building, and real estate-related experience to our team.

Shanna Ford is an independent insurance agency owner with experience serving Medicare, ACA, personal lines, and property and casualty clients. She brings strong insurance knowledge, client advocacy, training experience, and an entrepreneurial approach to serving clients.
