JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Giving is a vital part of the company culture at Brightway Insurance, and we are pleased to extend the opportunity to our employees and others in the community who want to help others in our area. Next month, you can make a difference in the lives of local foster children and families in need as Brightway collects materials to assemble hygiene kits.

“The past year has been tough for many families in Northeast Florida, and we wanted to come together and give employees at Brightway as well as others who want to give back an opportunity to do that,” said Director of Social Impact for the Miller families, Lior Spring. “The kits will benefit families in need and children who have been removed from their homes and are now in the care of Jewish Family and Community Services, an agency of Brightway’s official charity partner, United Way of Northeast Florida.”

Items requested for the hygiene kit drive include:

  • Toothpaste and dental floss
  • Shampoo and conditioner
  • Soap, hand sanitizer and lotions
  • Deodorant
  • Hairbrush and/or comb
  • Tissues

If you wish to donate, please drop off your new, unopened and individually packaged items at Brightway’s headquarters, located at 3733 University Boulevard West in Jacksonville, FL 32217, Monday, May 3 – Friday, May 14, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. (EDT).
