How BW Works

How Brightway works

When you buy insurance, there are two different businesses involved — the agency that helps you find and buy your policy, and the insurance company (called a carrier) that actually underwrites it. Brightway is your agency. We work with carriers on your behalf so your local agent can find the right coverage at the right cost for your life — not just whatever one company happens to offer. Once your policy is in place, our Engagement Center handles service and support.
