Brightway names Dana Rogers Employee of the Month for October 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for October 2021, Dana Rogers!

Rogers is a Workforce Analyst at Brightway. In this role, she oversees scheduling for Brightway’s Customer Contact Center. She has been with the company more than nine years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Rogers, Service Consultant, Jennifer Klawitter, said: “During the past month, Dana was instrumental in building out Service’s new Workforce Management system as well as helping to onboard a new team member. She has been able to identify problems and work with the right teams to develop solutions. I have come to rely on Dana with not only her knowledge but her ability to problem solve and make work fun. Dana has really stepped out of her comfort zone and proven herself as a very valuable member of the Service team.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also move on to be considered for Employee of the Quarter.
