Who do I call if I have a claim?
If you are involved in a crash or have a Homeowners or other claim, it’s best if you call the insurance company with which your policy is written first. Insurance companies’ claims reporting units are typically open 24/7; their phone number appears on your insurance policy information.
If you cannot find that phone number, please call my Service Department at 888-254-5014 and we can provide you with the number and transfer you directly to your insurance company.
Who do I call if I would like to buy a new policy?
Please call my office directly using the phone number that appears at the bottom of this web page below my street address. We will get to work with you right away, researching the broad array of insurance companies we are proud to represent.
Who do I call to get replacement ID cards?
You may call your insurance company directly, or go to their website. You can also call my Service Department at 888-254-5014 and we’d be happy to provide them to you right away.
Where can I send my payments?
When your policy renews, you will receive billing information directly from your insurance company or from me. Please read the materials carefully and send your payment to the address indicated in these communications. If you have questions about where to send payments, please call my Service Department at 888-254-5014.
Who do I call to renew my policy?
When your policy comes up for renewal, you will receive information from your insurance company. You will also receive reminders from my Service Department. Please read your renewal materials carefully and send the payment to the address indicated by the due date. When you do this, your policy will renew. If you have questions about the status of your renewal policy, please call my Service Department at 888-254-5014.
