Objectives:

Under general supervision, provides a wide variety of technical and other support to AAOs and their staffs.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Internal/External Relationships:

Plays a key role as the “face/voice of Brightway” to internal and external customers. Participates as a member of a Professional Services team. Works with all levels of the organization to promptly resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
