Objectives:

Under general supervision, provides a wide variety of technical and consultative support to Agency Owners and their staff.

Job Overview:

        Agency Support plays a key role within the organization and is the “face/voice of Brightway” to internal and external customers.  The team is at the forefront of business and strategic initiatives and is part of the planning and development of said initiatives.
