Brightway is seeking an energetic individual for our HR Team with a proven track record of overseeing full cycle recruitment and ability to execute recruiting strategies while creating a top notch candidate experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and key influencers
- Work with hiring managers to best understand hiring needs and partner with them to create an effective strategy
- Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process consistent with regulatory and record-keeping requirements
- Manage candidate experience throughout the process
- Oversee and manager third party recruitment contracts
- Source candidates on job boards, social media, colleges and universities, professional networks and referrals.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in person meetings).
- Use skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates
- Conduct time sensitive on-boarding activities including pre-hire background check process
- Manage and track applicants and provide weekly status updates
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs and network with potential candidates
- Stay current on industry trends and technology to help support continuous recruitment advancements
- May assist with special HR projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years of recruitment experience or associates degree with 5 years of recruitment experience preferably in insurance and/or financial industry
Skills, Licenses, Certifications
- Knowledge of relevant HR legislation and legal practices
- Applicant tracking systems experience
- Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential issues with maturity and discretion
- Experience with MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking skills
- Knowledge of creative and innovative sourcing techniques
- Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and recruit for multiple positions to meet the deadlines
