Ryan Flansbury is a carrier strategy and operations leader with deep expertise in building and strengthening insurance partnerships. Now serving as Head of Carrier Relations at Brightway Insurance, he brings a strong background from his time as Director of National Accounts at Universal Property and Casualty. Ryan has a proven ability to align carrier strategy with agency growth, which promotes the value of the Brightway model, and fosters strong, mutually beneficial partnerships across the carrier network.

He holds a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and is focused on optimizing collaboration opportunities, strengthening compliance outcomes, and enhancing client experiences to support Brightway’s continued growth.
