Brennen Grone opens a Brightway Insurance Agency in St. Louis County, Mo.

DES PERES, MO. — Veteran Insurance Agent and now Brightway Insurance Agency Owner, Brennen Grone, will open Brightway, The Grone Agency in Des Peres, located on the west side of St. Louis, Monday, April 15.

Grone is no stranger to the Brightway Insurance family, having first worked for Brightway, The Landers Agency in Glendale, Colorado. From there, he went on to work alongside his father in an agency where he was limited to representing only one insurance brand. His experience with Brightway was so formative that it inspired him to return as an Agency Owner.

“Working with Brightway for a short time was the biggest reason I wanted to come back,” said Grone, who is licensed to sell insurance in Missouri and Illinois. “The past three years of trying to meet my customers’ needs with just a single insurance brand has taught me the power of representing multiple insurance companies as a Brightway Agency Owner. Writing a business plan when you don’t offer consumers choice has become increasingly more difficult. As a Brightway Agency Owner, I love the efficiency of the model and the opportunity to do what we do best – help people understand our current insurance market and how we navigate it better than any competitor.”

As a St. Louis native, Grone has deep ties to the local area and understands his hometown market and the needs of the community. He is determined to put his extensive experience to work for customers and employees alike. A former Eagle Scout, Grone now volunteers with Boys Scout Troop 313 in Des Peres. Additionally, he acts as an ambassador to the Northwest Chamber of Commerce. A graduate of the University of Mississippi with a degree in Marketing, Grone brings more than a decade of industry experience to Brightway. He and his wife of four years, Camilla, have a daughter. When he’s not working and volunteering, Grone loves playing basketball, singing in the church men’s choir, camping, woodworking and skiing.
