How long have you worked at Brightway?
Two years.
What is your favorite part of the job?
Just getting a chance to truly make an impact on the life of each Brightway customer to come my way. It’s all about getting a chance to provide something positive, especially in these difficult times where insurance rates and guidelines are out of control.
What advice do you have for other employees?
If you make a mistake, make a note of it and figure out what you could have done differently. Doing the extra research can make a huge difference and result in a positive experience for each customer.
What is the weirdest superstition you’ve ever believed in?
A broom falling in your home means company is coming.
If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
I really don’t have anyone new I’d like to meet. I would just want to see my mother who passed away several years ago. Spending even an hour with her would be everything to me.
