How long have you worked at Brightway?
A year and a half.

What is your favorite part of your job?
Providing data to people to help them make informed decisions.

What advice do you have for other employees?
A good outlook and attitude can make improve everything.

What’s a fun fact about you that most people don’t know?
I have an identical twin sister! If you see me around town, it may not be me.

If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My great great grandmother who came to the US from Poland.

What is the one thing you can’t live without?

During a recent interview, Clinger shared some insights about her work at Brightway: “I work on the Business Analytics team. My primary job is to take our existing data and try to uncover trends and present them in a visual way that allows people just to take that messy data and to drive actionable insights from take just numbers and actually be able to take action from it and drive change."

Clinger is working toward her master’s degree and benefitting from Brightway’s Tuition Reimbursement program that reimburses employees for college credits earned toward any degree of their choosing.

"I'm rounding out my master's degree right now and when I first started looking at classes there was stuff like marketing analytics and HR analytics, and people kept asking me which sector I wanted to get into and I had no idea. So when I saw Brightway, I was like "Oh my gosh, I can get to learn on the job about every single type of [data analytics]... I can find out what I like by doing all of it. So it was a really good opportunity to test out all of it and decide I liked them all!"
