Employee of the Quarter Spotlight: Eldina Omerovic
Brightway names Eldina Omerovic an Employee of the Quarter. She is an IT Support Analyst who has been with the company since November 2021. Eldina leads by example and truly impacts the workplace culture at Brightway.
How long have you worked at Brightway? I’ve worked at Brightway for nine months.
What is your favorite part of the job? My favorite part of my job is having the opportunity to help the amazing employees at Brightway solve the technical issues we face each day.
What advice do you have for other employees? Be the one to take the first step. Whether it be online or in the office, find ways to inspire positivity and share a friendly attitude in the workplace. What you do encourages others. Being a light to someone may change their mood, thus improving the work environment of everyone else around you.
What is the weirdest superstition you’ve ever believed in? When it comes to my hands, I believe they can tell you your financial future. Does your right hand itch? You may have a financial windfall soon. Does your left hand itch? You may be losing some of the money already in your pocket.
If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why? The Indian yoga guru and thought leader in spirituality, Jagadish “Jaggi” Vasudev. He is better known as Sadhguru. The 64-year-old spiritual teacher lives in Southern India. Meeting him would be a once-in-a-lifetime experience that would truly impact my life.
What are the songs that make you sing along whenever you hear them (Name Three)? “All of Me,” by John Legend, “Perfect,” by Ed Sheeran and “Someone Like You,” by Adele.
