What is your favorite part of the job?
Simply knowing that what I’m doing at Brightway is making an impact on others. Helping make payments to our carrier partners on time is an important step in ensuring the policy of every customer stays active and they are covered when the unexpected happens.
What advice do you have for other employees?
Try to find the positive in every situation.
What is the weirdest superstition you’ve ever believed in?
When driving down the road, I would always kiss my hand and hit the roof of my car whenever I was going through a traffic light after it had turned yellow. I had been told it was good luck when hoping to avoid getting a ticket.
If you could meet anyone in the world, dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Bobby Flay. I enjoy cooking and would love to get some tips and tricks in the kitchen.
