Brightway names Jessica Smith Employee of the Month for December 2020

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for December 2020, Jessica Smith!

Smith is Marketing Communications Manager at Brightway. In this role, she supports Home Office employees and Agency Owners and oversees marketing and communications functions at Brightway.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Smith, Brightway Chief of Staff, Leslie Wright, said, “Jessica is my secret weapon. Her grasp of the business makes her an invaluable resource; she digs in and digs in and, in acts as a role model for her team, peers and others. Thank you, Jessica and congratulations!”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program earlier this year to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.
