Brightway names Joshua Harris Employee of the Month for December 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for December 2021, Joshua Harris!

Harris is a Tier 2 Support Representative at Brightway. In this role, he answers calls from customers and assists them with service needed on their policies. Harris has been with the company since June 2014.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Harris, Assistant Manager of Operations, Joy Pugh, said: “Our new hires commended you for your patience and how you responded to their multiple questions. Not only did you provide information in the ‘coolest, chilliest’ manner possible, you explained the ‘why’ behind things, which really helped our new hires retain the information. Thank you for being SMART as well and sharing all your knowledge with our new hires.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also are considered for Employee of the Quarter.
