Brightway names Liz Webb Employee of the Month for November 2020

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for November 2020, Liz Webb!

Webb is a Customer Service Representative at Brightway. In this role, she assists Brightway customers with needs they have related to existing policies. She has been with Brightway one year.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Webb, Customer Service Team Lead, Katrina Adams said, “Liz is one of the most determined people that I know. She is always volunteering her time and knowledge to help others. She is detail-oriented and displays teamwork on a daily basis.

“We are glad to have Liz as a part of Team Brightway, and she is a major asset to the company and each person who she interacts with daily.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program earlier this year to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a Snappy gift and an electronic “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
