How long have you worked at Brightway? June makes it 6 years here!

What is your favorite part of your job? Seeing all the opportunity, creativity and initiative that allows employees to be challenged daily and grow professionally.

What advice do you have for other employees? I was told by a leader a long time ago, “Don’t wait for the boat to come to you; swim out there and get it!”

If you want to advance and be challenged, be vocal, share ideas, offer to help, ask questions, don’t wait for someone to reach out to you!

What do you like to do outside of work? Shopping, road trips and thinking about the next thing to add to my cars.

If you could choose a superpower, what would it be and why? Eat everything and not gain a pound! Is that a superpower?

Who is your favorite cartoon character? Does anyone remember Daria (from old school MTV)? I would say her!
