KNOXVILLE, TENN. — Agency Owner, Erik Serio, alongside his team of all-star Agents welcomed the community, chamber, friends, family and neighbors to Brightway, The Serio Agency during a ribbon-cutting event held in conjunction with the Farragut West Knox Chamber of Commerce Friday, May 17. The agency opened for business Dec. 11, 2017, and is located at 9307 Kingston Pike, Suite A in Knoxville (at the Market Place Shopping Center). Serio runs the day-to-day operation of the business.
“We’re extremely grateful for the response and success we’ve been met with in Knoxville in our first year and a half of business,” said Serio. “Being able to bridge the gap between our local customers and nationally recognized insurance brands by offering them more choice and expert counsel has been an incredible feeling. I look forward to continually earning the business of our friends and neighbors here in Knoxville.”
Brightway, The Serio Agency offers customized Home, Condo, Renters, Auto, Flood, RV, Motorcycle, Boat, ATV and Umbrella insurance policies from numerous insurance brands including Bankers, Dixon Wells, Encompass, Foremost, National General, Progressive, Safeco, State Auto, Stillwater and Travelers. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (EDT).
