How long have you worked at Brightway?
I have worked at Brightway for five months.

What is your favorite part of your job? 
My favorite part of my job is the unpredictability, problem-solving and helping my team members achieve their career goals.

What advice do you have for other employees?
My advice for other employees comes from a quote by Bo Bennett that states, “Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can’t be done.”

What fictional family would you love to be a part of?
The fictional family I would love to be a part of is The Banks from “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air”.

What would be the theme song to a movie about your life?
The theme song to a movie about my life would be Don’t Worry, Be Happy.

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is to not be too hard on myself.
