Residents in and around New Orleans can now experience a better way to buy insurance for their homes, vehicles and much more as Chad Combetta opens Brightway, The Combetta Agency. The Agency opens on Monday, May 23 and is located at 201 St. Charles Avenue, Suit 2500 in New Orleans.

A Louisiana native, Combetta brings nearly a decade of insurance experience to his agency. With that experience comes a deep understanding of the importance of insurance and providing phenomenal customer service to his community. He graduated from the University of New Orleans with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. When he is not working for his customers, Chad and his wife, Carolina, love to travel and spend time with their family.
Brightway, The Combetta Agency offers customized Home, Flood, Auto, Boat, Condo, Renters, Personal Articles, RV, Motorcycle and Umbrella insurance policies from numerous insurance companies. Hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CST) and Saturday/Sunday by appointment.
Brightway’s corporate office staff provides expertise and support in areas including customer service, technology, accounting, marketing, distribution and business analytics. In addition, Brightway handles carrier relations and appointments, as well as support with personnel hiring, licensing, onboarding, training and retention.
