Brightway names Dalton Hood Employee of the Month for October 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for October 2021, Dalton Hood!

Hood is an Agency Help Desk Technician at Brightway. In this role, he provides customer support to hundreds of Brightway Agents across the U.S. He has been with the company more than four years.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Hood, Chief of Staff, Leslie Wright, said: “Dalton humbly goes about his business making sure all Agent inquiries are handled by him and by his team. He has stepped in as a Team Lead while the Team Lead is out, and he's doing a great job. Thank you for everything you do, Dalton!”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also move on to be considered for Employee of the Quarter.
