ALLEN, TEXAS— While the country’s response to the Coronavirus has caused many business operations to pause, Brightway Insurance remains committed to customers and to people who want to build their own Brightway enterprise with the holistic support the company offers. Brightway is pleased to announce that Multi-unit Owner, Ken Toney, is the new owner of the Brightway agency located at 602 East Main Street, Suite B in Allen (next to Mom’s Café). The agency is Toney’s third Brightway location and his first location in the Lone Star State.
“My team and I are ecstatic to expand into a new market and a new state,” said Toney. “We’ve worked hard to earn our customers’ trust in Florida and Georgia, and we look forward to wowing consumers in Texas with the same level of expert counsel customers have come to expect from us.”
“While our team is currently working safely from their homes, they will work from our office on East Main Street once life gets back to normal,” he added. “In times of economic uncertainty, we understand the importance of making sure your most valuable assets are protected and offer more choice in insurance brands than other agents and do the shopping for you to make sure you get the coverage you need at the price you want.”
Serving as Agency Principal who runs the day-to-day operation of the agency is Daniel O’Donnell, who comes to Brightway with 15 years’ experience in the insurance industry, specializing in Personal Lines coverage, as well as Life and Health. Prior to joining Brightway, O’Donnell owned and operated his own Farm Bureau Agency. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Florida in Gainesville, and a Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow from the American College of Financial Services in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. O’Donnell and wife, Kara, of 16 years have three sons. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors. For fun, O’Donnell enjoys weightlifting, studying business and looking at financial trends. He has been married for 16 years to his wife Kara, and they have three sons together. As a Brightway Agency Principal, he looks forward to providing consumers in Allen and surrounding areas with a pleasurable and educational buying experience.
