Four graduate from Brightway’s Service Center training program

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Brightway Insurance today graduated its newest class of insurance professionals from Brightway’s Service Center training program. The class of four is Brightway’s second class to focus on Auto lines rather than Homeowners.

The graduation marks the beginning of the graduates’ insurance careers. The extensive training program prepares new Insurance Service Center Customer Service Representatives to provide industry-leading service to Brightway’s 250,000 customers.

As Brightway grows, so does the need to have more Customer Service Representatives with diversified skillsets.

Brightway trains representatives on handling customer calls and guides new hires through the licensure process. Additionally, the company covers the licensure fee for new hires, so they are licensed insurance professionals ready to hit the ground running once they complete the course.

The three-phase program includes five weeks of training, one week of licensing and three weeks of nesting, where representatives take calls with assistance from seasoned team members.
