Brightway names Jessica Smith Employee of the Month for September 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for September 2021, Jessica Smith!

Smith is the Marketing and Communications Manager at Brightway. In this role, she leads the company’s marketing and communications initiatives for the corporate office and on behalf of Brightway’s more than 300 agencies coast-to-coast. She joined Brightway in 2015.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Smith, Chief of Staff, Leslie Wright, said: “I like to say that when you join Brightway, you should have an onion peeler and a miner’s light. Jessica has that, along with a shovel and a basket as she uncovers business opportunities and does the hard work to make the work happen and get it done.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also move on to be considered for Employee of the Quarter.
