JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for November 2021, Wesley Holmes!
Holmes is a Customer Service Representative at Brightway. In this role, he answers calls from customers and assists them with service needed on their policies. Holmes has been with the company five months.
During a virtual ceremony to recognize Holmes, Customer Service Team Lead, Chloe Copenhaver, said: “Wesley Holmes has only been with Brightway for a couple of months but has already proven himself as a wonderful asset to the Customer Service department. He treats every customer as a friend and genuinely wants to help everyone who is lucky enough to get him on the phone. We know that when Wesley is working on something, he will give it his all and will do everything he can to bring about a favorable resolution for our agents and our insureds.

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program in 2020 to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes three employees every month.
Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership. They also are considered for Employee of the Quarter.
