Job Summary:

The Commissions Financial Analyst reports to the Accounting and Commissions Manager and is responsible for providing financial analytical services. This includes tracking commission structures and rates and ensures monthly that it matches commission data paid out to Agent Owners.  Ensures tracking of pass through charges in Salesforce for all field Agents is accurate and up to date.  Maintains and processes for the Commissions Unidentified Log, ensuring accurate data collection and resolution by deadline. The person will post daily transactions and ensured reports are processed by deadline to ensure team meets required deadlines.
