Brightway, one of the country’s largest Personal Lines independent insurance agencies, employs Insurance Sales Trainers to provide holistic business consulting to tenured Agency Owners and to help onboard and train new Agency Owners in the Brightway Sales Process, a well-documented process proven to help Agency Owners grow and profit.

Insurance Sales Trainers have experience in the insurance industry as Producers, Agency Managers and/or Agency Owners. They are passionate, self-directed, results-oriented individuals who play a significant role in the ideation, development and ongoing maintenance of tools used to help Agency Owners understand the Brightway Sales Process, and behaviors and tactics that lead to the greatest success in the Brightway system.

Brightway provides its agencies with more choice in carriers, after-the-sale service and holistic business support that empowers Agency Owners to focus on selling new business. 

Insurance Sales Trainers are part of a larger, cross-functional group called Agency Growth & Development at Brightway. This group includes Agency Support, Training, Marketing/Social/Web, PR, Communications and Agency Development.  These groups play key roles in helping every new Agency Owner launch successfully and helping more tenured Agency Owners better understand tools available to help them grow.
