Brightway names Emily Morin Employee of the Month for May 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for May 2021, Emily Morin!

Morin is a Senior Accounting Analyst on the Commission Team. In this role, she ensures payments are made timely and accurately. Morin has been with the company a year and a half.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Morin, Brightway Accounting Commissions Team Lead, Charlene Smith, said: “Emily strives to do her best every day. She always has a positive attitude and does whatever it takes to get the job done!

“Emily plays a large part in processing commissions. She is responsible for transacting over 5,000 lines for commission each month and processes one of our largest carrier statements along with many others. Emily takes pride in doing good work and is always the one her team can count on!”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
