Brightway names Jasmine Marshall Employee of the Month for April 2021

JACKSONVILLE, FLA. — Congratulations to Employee of the Month for April 2021, Jasmine Marshall!

Marshall is a Communications Coordinator at Brightway. In this role, she handles internal communications and videography for the company. Marshall schedules and leads the Employee of the Month recognition program and was completely surprised when her supervisor, Jessica Smith, announced her as the April Employee of the Month. Marshall has been with the company two years now.

During a virtual ceremony to recognize Marshall, Brightway’s Marketing and Communications Manager, Jessica Smith, said: “Jasmine is the definition of going above and beyond. She is a team player and has worked tirelessly to make sure her new teammates are up to speed. If any miscellaneous work in the group needs to be done, she is the first to volunteer.

“She’s creative. When it comes to employee engagement, especially in a virtual world, she knows the right visuals, words and calls-to-action to use in her communications to keep our culture alive.

“She is filled with great ideas, she has grown and matured so much in just the short year I have managed her, and I’m honored to work alongside her each day.”

Brightway launched the Employee of the Month program a year ago to give frequent recognition to employees who do fantastic work. The program recognizes two employees every month.

Honorees for the distinction receive a gift and a “thank you” message from Brightway’s Executive Leadership.
